Element Linking - Security Setting in CMC (BO 4.1)

Hi,

I have a situation that might occured at BO4.1-upgrade, but I am not sure.

The problem is that reports using element link and after the upgrade I noticed that it's no longer working.

My plan is to look at the security setting i CMC. But I cant find or figure out what setting in the CMC wich lets a user use element link.
