Are you sure that this was changed by someone and is not just a lack of training?
Can it be that you have chosen UB document type instead of NB?
If it was changed then it is a someone with whom you share the environment, wouldn't it be then the most logical step to get in touch with him? Or do you intent to just change it back and eventually disturbing his work?
