As per my knowledge
1. We can create the Production Order.
2. We can assign the Sale Order or Sequence Number to the Production Order.
3. We don't have provision to convert Planned Order to Production Order in CM29 Transaction.
Please convert Planned Order to Production Order in CO40 and change the Capacity Leveling in CM29/CM25.
