Hello fellow SAP buddies,
I'm handling a "print immediately" issue for a client, where it is observed that print immediate ticking for few of the PO (In Random) even if we have maintained the condition records where we have maintained print immediate check.
This issue occurs seems to happen only in Production, since we try to replicate this issue in lower end, but unfortunately we were not able to replicate.
What we had carried out -
We deleted the condition record and remaintained the same ,Condition Record - Key Combination maintained in PO Doc Type/POrg/PGrp
We had tested even for user authorization by making a copy of user ID and trying to replicating in lower end.
We checked the driver program of the output type, but din't find any problem which would cause this issue.
We found that when the PO is created by ME21n only we are facing this issue, however, when PO is created via. ME59n. Print Immediately is checked and works properly.
Hence I would request your guidance for resolving this problem.
