I just looked at your attachments and, from what I can see, they look correct. However, when I look a the Master Agreement file, I also notice that you don't seem to have the "Reports" button that I would have expected to see right after the "Actions" button and before the "Phase" button. What version are you working in? Is this a new implementation? Have you done any kind of customization that might be impacting this? When you look in the Version History section, do you see the Status column? Is there a status (phase) in it?
