I am not the type of a consultant that is quick to respond. The basis of my questions was to get context so I can fully answer your question.
The fact that I created scn profile recently has nothing to do with my SAP CRM Loyalty experience. I have multiple SAP CRM Loyalty implementations across different industries and I know the loyalty short comings inside out. We had a couple of developments that we did on our last loyalty implementation and SAP liked what we did and they are helping us build the functionality that will be standard in future loyalty release.
You will not get a useful loyalty documentation nor a knowledgeable loyalty expert from SAP because they do not have one as I am writing to you. We learned loyalty the hard way and I was about to share this valuable information with you but you have unfortunately built a wall between us.
Let me share something interesting with you. I have been in the SAP industry for over 15 years and I have reached the stage in my life where I want to share this information with people who needs it and this is the reason I have recently created an scn profile.
