First problem is you are using the original release, we are up to SP 16 now.
Update your DEV PC with the latest patch and then redeploy using the same patch level.
And our distribution packages are for the application platform, x86 or x64, and not for the OS platform.
If you plan to run in 32 bit mode set your app to x86 in the CPU option, if 64 bit the x64.
