I have a question on the integration of C4C with an Oracle ERP. I have to find out how C4C can send new customers to Oracle ERP, without using SAP PI or SAP HCI. The logical thing to start with is the Webservice API’s. But these services are inbound only. Is that correct? Or can these be used for outbound as well. For integration from C4C to SAP CRM\ERP or Hybris Marketing there are several services. Should these be used then?
