Thanks for the quick reply.

As mentioned, i am able to see the employee name in the Beneficiary tab. I dont see any other family member details. There are details available in IT0021.

End of the Infotype record,i see an option-Create person. I clicked on this and its taking me to the screen of adding a family member.I tried adding there too,but its not shown as above.Its just updating It0021.

What is the config to be done to get the beneficiaries as shown in your screenshot.
