That's correct, but I was concerned with employees who never have more than 5 at any one time. Suppose one has 3 in January and 3 different in December. The 1095 will have 6 dependents, but in order to find those via SE16, I think one would have to get all 167s with endda > 01012015, as you suggest, but for all employees, and total up the number of dependents, for each and then sort them out based on that total number. I thought it was easier to look in ADDATA that to try that in Excel.
There aren't many of these, of course (around 20 out of 27,000), but they would have messed up our printing if they weren't identified and processed separately.
