Default page setup margin

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to set the page setup into default margin 0? I just have this strange issue where in when the user print preview the document then print, the bottom figure cutout but when they print it directly there is no problem. The user is using PLD. I think when she print it directly, the custom margin take by the layout.
