there are  two ways to upload data for infotypes,

either you can use BDC or can use LSMW.

Here is the list of function modules that you can use

HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION

HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA

But i will sujjest you to use LSMW instead.
