Thank again Marty.
To reply to Cynthia:
I initially had my UBATA feature set up where there was only one transmitter ALE, thus when I created the 1094C line 21 was checked and 10 of the 11 ALE's were listed on part IV. I can't find any configuration that let's me configure which ALE members are part of an Aggregated ALE group or not.
Unfortunately I saw three problems with my initial setup:
1) Line 20 on all 11 forms represented the total for all 1095C forms for all 11 ALE members, and line 18 corresponded to the ALE member listed in part 1. Initially I thought that was correct, however our legal advisor told us each ALE member was it's own transmitter ALE and that lines 18 and 20 should match.
2) Part III on all 11 1094C forms only included the aggregate numbers for all ALE member and not the totals for that specific ALE member.
3) In part IV the other 10 ALE members were listed with EINs on the first 1094C form. Unfortunately, when the second 1094C form printed out, even though part I ALE member was correct, it was duplicated on part IV and the prior ALE member did not appear in part IV for forms 2 - 11.
Regardless of which method was configured, I have mistakes either way. At this point, I'm thinking I may take the path Marty did and use the BAdI to override line 21 and list all other ALE members on part IV.
