Display Value of the Cell Below Another Cell

So I could not find the function that works opposite to Previous.

I want to retrieve the value of the cell below another cell based on breaks/grouping.

For example:

Name          Amount          Value Below The Cell for each Name

Joseph          500               1000

Joseph          1000               1000

Joseph          1000

Alex               200               100

Alex               100
