Please guide me in the following scenario : -
My client wants to pay performance based incentives to employees.
Scenario :
Mr. X belongs to SAP IT Department & is working on 3 SAP projects - Project A , B & C.
Project A has 60 % weightage in his profile. If he complete all his tasks related to this project then he will get 100% of his incentives otherwise based on tasks completed.
Project B has 20 % weightage in his profile. If he complete all his tasks related to this project then he will get 100% of his incentives otherwise based on tasks completed.
Project C has 20 % weightage in his profile. If he complete all his tasks related to this project then he will get 100% of his incentives otherwise based on tasks completed.
