Hi Ajay,
1. Normally scrap value is calculated on capitalization amount of the asset not on NBV. So double click on the key in ANHAL and select the check box Scrap value deduction from base value. However, if you want to calculate the scrap value on NBV, then leave it.
2. Have you selected the check box rem.life in the multi level method of the dep.key in AFAMS? If not, select it then only it calculates on remaining life.
