Partner Determination in Campaign

Hi All

I Need One help On partner Determination procedure in Marketing.

For Marketing Organisation we have Marketing Head, Marketing Manager ,Marketing Executive All 3 Assigned Under Different Position under Marketing Organisation.

Ex: Marketing Executive will Create the Campaigns While Creating the Campaigns Automatically All the 2 partners should come automatically In Campaign

Marketing Executive

Marketing Manager

Marketing Head

I have done the partner functions and while Creating i am not able to see the Determination of Marketing head and Marketing Manager in Campaign. Could you please provide the steps what i need to Create Something is missing .

Is there any Standard Procedure is there?
