System Access

Hello All

I have completed EC certification yesterday as individual.

I am working in a company, they are Implementation partners with Success factors

I came across that certified consultant can ask their employer for SF System access (provisioning or Instance or both) even though certification is taken as individual.

Please suggest on this.
