JSException: Unspecified error invoking method on applet creation event

Hi,

we have migrated an SAP MII application from 11.5 to 15.1 SP2.

While testing the application using IE11 and JRE 1.8 , we found below errors being logged in java console.

Error Calling JavaScript Function: Initialize, netscape.javascript.JSException: Unspecified error invoking method or accessing property "Initialize"" "

This 'Initialize' is a JS function set to be called on creation event of an applet.

But in current scenario , the Initialize() is not getting recognised.

Can anyone please suggest/ provide help on this?
