You need to maintain it as suggested by Gustavo.
For other company codes where it does not require it. Maybe due to the customizing of PMP or some other customizing, this flow is not necessary to be generated.
But fro this case, the system requires it to be generated and need this flow maintained.
You may compare the flow generated with other company code and check the difference.
