Hi Darren,
Without crw32.exe, you won't be able to open CR.
Right-click the CR icon on the desktop > Properties > look at the 'target' and it should point to crw32.exe.
The issue, however, could be because CR wasn't installed using a 'local admin' user.
Could you confirm if CR was installed with local admin privileges?
