Hi Lin,

Please try overridding following Global switch setting in Customizing.

Area 0002 (Master Switches) and Name 0008 (Enhanced Capital and Resource Mgmt Switch (see SAP Note 1457426)) = 'X'

Then, if you want to enable the Fin. Plan. Dashboard to be setup as per the Fiscal year variant then -

Area 0010 (Portfolio Item FI/CO Planning and Integration) and Name 0006 (Fiscal Year Switch (see SAP Note 1457426)) = 'X'

Area 0010 (Portfolio Item FI/CO Planning and Integration) and Name 0007 (Default Fiscal year variant (see SAP Note 1457426)) = <Fiscal year variant in ECC>
