Please find the below details, you can see that in the screen 2, so 0020030930 no confirmed qty (which is in v_v2) but in the screen 3 some qty is confirmed, which is after manaul ATP..if i am doing V_V2 again, the confirmed qty will be zero again,
wht may be reason for the same?

Everything seems to be fine. As you have mentioned the field is not initialized. It could be problem with ABAP code written in user exist. In this case debug the code to check why field is not getting initialized.

I think it is the setting in OVZJ that causes this. V_V2 will not allow a partial confirmation.
See SAP note 33084. You need to have a value of "E" for the relevant sales area.

normally the ACL permissions only have effect on the documents which got ACL permissions assigned. All other document will remain accessible for all other users.
Until now I also do not know side-effects if you "turn on" ACLs at a later point in time.

thanks, with your hint to rjava library, I did further investigate and found a solution.
Seems there was an issue with R 64-bit vs. java 32-bit and java 64-bit. I installed the latest version of java 64-bit, install.packaged() all the libraries in the list again (most of them were there, some seemed to be updated from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3.). Since paths in Windows and PA were already pointing to the correct folders, I did not have to change any more - R-k-means clustering was running in PA then :-).
I just wonder it was quite slow - e.g. 5 Clusters for 250 datapoints (only 2 continuous dimensions for each point) took like 1min in PA whereas in R you have like less than a second. Is there a lot of overhead when using R-functionality in PA?

I have two different series in sales order. one is DM & another is EX.
There are two different users. X-user always uses DM series. Y-user always uses EX series.
X-user shouldn't allowed to see the EX series orders.
Y-user shouldn't allowed to see the DM series orders.

Actually what i have observed is, i can see Customs documents created for Sales order, Delivery and Invoice for all the applications (SD0A, SD0B and SD0C) in GTS.
Below is the detailed description of the error.
If the documents are already created then why RFC's are failing to for the same Sales order, Delivery and Invoice. Also i did not find what is the point which is triggering the RFC's for the documents were customs documents are already created.
Is there anyway i can remove all the failed RFC's record or i can replicate this issue ?

We plan to install SAP ERP6.0 EHP7 ready system with EA_HR & SAP_HR in EHP7 release, and not 600 release (default version after installation of ERP6 EHP7).
In Solman MOPZ, we have only the possiblity to uprade an existing system.
Is there any solution to prepare SAP EHP7 installation with Solman MOPZ to define exactly the release version of some SAP Addon, like EA_HR & SAP_HR ?
