In relation to the scenario that you have described you mentioned the following:
- Problem when rising purchase order the approval is available in sap inbox but the notification is can not seen in portal(UWL).
Now in relation to your description you mentioned the PO is indeed visible in the SAP Inbox but the notification cannot be seen in the UWL.
So firstly from the perspective of the UWL I would like you to review and perform the following analysis steps:
Kindly refer to and review the following SAP Documentation KBA Note:
- SAP Note: 1133821 - UWL Destination Service Configuration.
Check that after applying Note 1133821 the destination names and the UWL connector names exactly match, even considering case-sensitiveness. I mean if your portal system alias (=UWL connector name) is for example XYZCLNT100, then the rfc destination name should be exactly XYZCLNT100$WebFlowConnector. If that is not the case, please correct the rfc destination accordingly.
Now if you make any changes here kindly ensure you re-register the connector and restart the Portal cluster before retesting to see if you are still encountering the issue itself.
Is the Action Inbox Connector for the Universal Worklist (UWL) enabled and operating without any exceptions? If you follow the steps outlined below you can capture a screenshot of the connectors (and their status):
- Log on to the portal
- Go to your main UWL iview
- Next to the link Hide Preview click on the dropdown
- From within the dropdown click on Display connection status
- Please send me a screenshot of this information.
