If the jobs for RAS is more than your current setup, you could set the "Maximum Concurrent Report Jobs (0 for unlimited)" to 0 and let CrystalReports2013ReportApplicationServer to determine how many jobs it can accommodate at run time given the HW resources, e.g. CPU and RAM, and setup another matching CrystalReports2013 on a separate physical server for clustering to share the RAS load if one CrystalReports2013ReportApplicationServer is not enough to meet your business demand.
