Roles required to display workitem in manager powl inbox

Hi Experts,

We are using SAP ECC 6.0 and EHP7.

From Employee self service, raised travel request from portal,

the work item is coming to business workplace i.e SBWP

But could not see it in the work overview .

Could anyone let me know what are the roles required to get work item into POWL inbox i.e

manager self service->work overview.
