I will try those.
I did install the 32 Bit 13-0-14.Zip on the user's machine. But I didn't have the verbose logging on. I will uninstall the CR runtime, turn on the verbose logging and re-install. I didn't know we need to install the VS 2005 C++ Security Package! I will install that also.
Hopefully it will work..
