Report does not have saved data so I can't run it to test.... Either export this report to RPT format or open it in CR Designer and refresh using the same parameter values.
The new report just add a *.txt to the file name and SCN will zip it for you when attaching.
But I did find Of your 165 formula there are 19 errors, some are due to me not having the UFL for the barcode though. But the ones where the field is not know those must be fixed.
So first thing you need to do is fix the report, when the Engine loads a report is loads all objects and verifies they are valid.
Unlike CR DEsigner that will allow you to save bad formula the Engine doesn't like them so Verify IN CRD will not fix them.
