in the process for in the house repair the process is start withreturn material (inbound delivery to warehouse ) and finished to delivery this material to the customer after made repair my quesition is (if any report show the repair request overview (return- repair-outboundelivery-scrap- delivered ...) or any things explain situation for the (RMA) in this process
