The prompt wasn't merged, but when I merged it there was no change. However, I think I may have found an issue. In addition to the key data fields I noticed that I had another field, just a text description field, that wasn't merged and was referencing only QueryA. I merged that and suddenly I saw the missing record. I'm going to review the rest of the report to see if there are other discrepancies. I'm hoping that this was the source of the whole issue. I missed it the first time because it was at the end of the columns and not part of the main data I was looking at.
