Email from Web Rich Client Failing

When emailing from Web Rich Client (BI 4.1 SP4), received the following:

com.sap.webi.ui.mail.EmailException: Failure on Sending Email

  at com.sap.webi.ui.mail.MailManager.sendMail(Native Method)

  at com.sap.webi.ui.mail.MailManager$MailRunner.run(MailManager.java:129)

I have verified, the outlook is 32 bit.

Sending email from BI Lauchpad is successful.

Looking for the reasons for the errors and any pointers to solve the issue.
