SAP Mail Forms with URL - Dev versus Prod

Specifically Step 6c) "Create a new text element to be displayed in Production"

On SolMan 7.1 SP12, I am looking to create a transportable mail form that will send the correct Dev URL hyperlink when sent from Development, yet send the correct Prod URL hyperlink when sent from Production.

Has anyone been able to implement this specific feature via the steps in the referenced blog?

I implemented all the steps however I am not able to get this to work. When selecting the custom attribute context that was created, there is no ability to enter the SRQ#, therefore the SRQ attributes are not populated...

It is my understanding (from SAP support) that you can only have one Attribute Context populated in a mail form?

Any input regarding implementing this would be great!
