Arvind, I have not found the .exe/tool in the below path.
C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86
Moreover, the above article bit confuse and ambiguous to follow steps. I request to you, if you have any snapshots for the same please share to me. thats would be great helpful.
