Hi Philip.
Try this:
1. In Crosstab Exeprt, click on the field for "NAME" ( I suppose you have used it under rows).
2. "Group Options" button below the "Rows" box will be enabled.
3. Click on that and in 2nd dropdown, select "in specified order" and select the order you want.
